Ask yourself which person in your life you miss so much and you wish they are by your side right now. Close your eyes and think who might be that special person. Is that person living far away from you or did it went to heaven?. If that special person lives in another country you should plan once a year at least to visit them and spend some real quality time together because you never know when they might not be around. People have become more consume by the social networks that they could spend months or even years talking to each other by the computer but they never have the time or money to visit in person. I strongly believe this new behavior can cause serious problems for the next generations because instead of camping with the family or watching a movie together we will be spending our time in front of a computer. A computer that can not provide us love, affection, an advice or a hug when we feel sad. We try to feel our emptiness with a machine but we must accept this would not be possible. There's nothing better than having a physical and emotional connection with the person you love. Do not let new technology tempt you because as soon as you get it your main focus will be that device and not your family. A good example is when teenagers have a new cellphone and they spend all day texting, talking or browsing the web but as soon as you take away that little device you would see an angry and desperate person. You ask them what's going on? and they will answer "I can not live without my cellphone". It sounds worst than a real drug addiction. I compare it with a curse because it enters your house and will never want to leave. My advice is to create a balance between technology devices and the people who really matters.

Smile that cures
How many muscles are needed to produce a smile?, approximately only 13 muscles. How much it cost you to smile?, Nothing!. There are several important factors for you to consider smiling every day. One of them is that a smile can help you to get even a job, yes a job. When you go to an job interview you must project a positive attitude and the best way is by starting with a smile. The interviewer will analyze your "body language" and if you act like sad, depressed and with a bad attitude he will probably is not going to hire you. Another benefit from smiling is that the feeling of being relieved after you smile. Have you ever had laugh and laugh non stop and then feel a lot better like you are recharged up?, that's what i mean. Sometimes a good laugh or smile with a friend can function as the best therapy session ever. You are talking with your best friend and telling jokes each other laughing and laughing, i bet you that night you will never going to forget and will most likely want to repeat it. It's a sensation of freedom combined with happiness which gives you a result of a pain reliever medicine. You would be thinking why a "pain reliever"?, well yes!. When you feel lost, depressed and sad and some stranger come up and smile at you, you probably are going to smile back but that person gave you a message without words. This person is telling you "Life is good, you should smile more often". Think about that last phrase for a second and you know that smile can change the path of the way you may feel during the whole day. It's for example, when somebody looks at you with a mad face you are getting their message so you look at them back with the same feedback. People can change peoples emotions by just smiling. Smile even when you don't know why you are smiling for because soon or later you will help somebody feel a lot better without even knowing it as you walk away.
